You have 48 hours to cancel your order; after this period, if production has begun, you will be required to pay for the item.

Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping is available for orders over £100 within the UK, Europe, and Africa. Shipping costs for other regions will be calculated at checkout.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the customer's preference.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued minus the return shipping cost.
