RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Custom and Made-to-Order Items: Due to the personalised nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made or made-to-order items unless there is a defect or error in the order.
INSPECTION ON RECEIPT
We highly encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues. If your item arrives defective or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@mallie.store within 7 days to arrange for a return or exchange.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Return Authorisation: If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation and the address in the UK where you can send the item(s).
Return Shipping: We will cover the return shipping costs if the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund or Exchange: If approved, we will offer a refund to the original payment method, store credit, or an exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
EXCHANGES
